Wedding Planning
For the couple that has begun the planning process but needs some additional assistance
• Free Initial Consultation
• Unlimited consultation via phone and e-mail
• Refer and assist in remaining vendor selections, as well as contract negotiation
• Maintain contact with vendors, act as liaison with couple and vendors
• Create a personalized wedding checklist
• Work with couple to create a timeline for the day to be distributed to vendors
• Budget consultation, preparation and tracking
• Wedding party coordination & communication
• Attend both ceremony rehearsal and wedding
• Overseeing the set-up and design of ceremony decor & reception decor, including centerpieces, pew bows, arches, etc. . .
• Guiding the couple throughout the day & keeping the wedding on schedule
• Collecting all items at end of evening for bride and groom, i.e., gifts, cards, toasting glasses, guests books, any other remaining items
• Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

Wedding Day Coordination
For the couple that is looking for assistance only on their special day

• Work with couple to create a timeline for the day to be distributed to vendors
• Contact vendors prior to wedding and greet vendors on the wedding day
• Create a timeline letter to be distributed to the wedding party from the bride and groom
• Attend both ceremony rehearsal and wedding
• Overseeing/assist with the set-up and design of ceremony decor & reception decor, including centerpieces, pew bows, arches, etc. . .
• Guiding the couple throughout the day & keeping the wedding on schedule

Rehearsal Dinners
• Refer and assist in rehearsal locations
• Work with venue to create menu and work as liaison between couple and venue

• Work with venue to create menu/activities and work as liaison between couple and venue
• Coordinate décor
• Organize transportation if necessary

Hourly Consultations
These are for the couple that need help in specific areas of the planning process but do not need a full package. These include but at not limited to vendor recommendation, budget consultation, wedding venue search and etiquette concerns.
